An established distribution business of janitorial products supplying to the leisure and hospitality sector to London, East Anglia, Essex and Hertfordshire.

 

Challenge

The business had aspirations to grow become more efficient so the owner could take a step back from the day to day operations. The business had grown very quickly and a loyal customer base and operationally the business was having challenges to keep up with the volume of orders and moral and motivation was floundering.

The business had a great opportunity from growth, it needed to think more strategically and make operational changes but it did not know where to start or how.
